About Grill to Build

Teams will grill and compete for best ribs, brisket, chicken, pork putt, and sauces. Entries are judged for best taste, tenderness, and appearance. Winners win cash prizes and trophies, and bragging rights.

The festival draws hundreds of people statewide to enjoy live music, kid’s workshop and activities such as face painting and moon bounce, and of course, great barbecue. Event attendees get to sample barbeque and cast their vote for Best Pork Butt.
