Students for Change
Students for Change is designed to give students ages 14-22 an opportunity to serve in our community during summer break. No prior construction experience necessary. A trained Habitat Construction Site Supervisor will be on site offering instruction, safety orientation, and guidance throughout the project. Anticipated tasks will be painting, landscaping, and much more! Tools and safety equipment are provided. Wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on, closed toe shoes, and bring a lunch. A signed waiver is required for all volunteers ages 14-17. Please bring waiver (signed by a parent/guardian) to your first day of service. A Letter of Service documenting your hours is available by request at the end of the summer. YOU MUST SIGN IN AND OUT ON THE JOB SITE DURING EACH SHIFT TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR YOUR HOURS. Registering online will not serve as proof of attendance, it will only hold your spot for the day.
